All client projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or according to milestones defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Glitch Mint uses GoDaddy Payments to process all transactions.
Clients are not charged separate processing fees; these are absorbed in Glitch Mint’s pricing.
All payments are securely processed in accordance with GoDaddy’s Commerce Services Agreement.
Glitch Mint LLC is a Nevada-based business. Under Nevada law, most digital and professional services are not subject to sales tax.
If a project includes physical deliverables (such as printed materials or promotional products), applicable sales tax will be added to that portion of the invoice in accordance with state regulations.
Glitch Mint follows the refund procedures established by GoDaddy Payments.
If a project is paused or delayed for more than 30 days due to client inaction, a reactivation fee may be required before work resumes.
Glitch Mint is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, approvals, or feedback.
Chargebacks processed through GoDaddy Payments incur a $15 processing fee charged by GoDaddy.
Clients agree to contact Glitch Mint first to resolve any billing or payment concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Glitch Mint reserves the right to dispute or respond to chargebacks through GoDaddy Payments’ official process.
